EU institutions decide. But citizens rarely see who was in the room. The data exists —
scattered across registers, meeting logs and procedure files. This dashboard puts it back
together, one dossier at a time.

An 18-to-1 spending gap. Industry lobbied hard against the EU's proposed 2040
climate target — a 90% cut in emissions versus 1990 levels — calling it
unachievable. The target was adopted anyway, at exactly the level the Commission first proposed.
Money buys access; it does not decide outcomes. Separating those two is what this dashboard does.
