A source-based dossier overview of external undermining of EU democratic processes, modelled on the Lobby Dashboard. All 27 EU member states, the EU level and NATO have a dossier — including Luxembourg, whose dossier documents a searched-but-not-found result rather than an unexamined gap (dashed outline on the map). The entry outlined in gold is the EU-institutional case; the entry with a dashed steel-blue outline is NATO. Both are alliance/institution-level entries, not member states.
